Li Xiuqing spearheaded the company's journey toward an IPO on the STAR Market and successfully secured approval for the establishment of the Engineering Technology Center for Vibration and Noise Control in Urban Rail Transit, under the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (in preparation). In 2024, she led the team to complete the construction of the Hebei Machining Base and the Guangdong Polyurethane Factory. She also strengthened party-building leadership, promoted collective bargaining, and initiated eco-friendly projects such as photovoltaic power generation. Notably, she was honored with the title of Outstanding Party Affairs Worker in Fangshan District.

Shao Bin, Chief Engineer at Beijing JZYG, is a leading figure dedicated to pioneering technological innovations in noise and vibration control for urban rail transit. The team comprises 32 R&D professionals, including 2 Senior Engineers and 10 Advanced Engineers. Their groundbreaking "Damping Spring Floating Track Bed" technology has filled a critical domestic gap, effectively breaking the monopoly of foreign technologies and products—and has earned them two First-Class Awards for Science and Technology from Beijing Municipality. To date, their solutions have been successfully implemented in subway systems across more than 30 cities nationwide, while the team has also spearheaded numerous innovative projects within the city. Additionally, they’ve filed over 200 patent applications, with 129 patents already granted.
