The Track Sound Signature (Cross-Section) Online Monitoring System can be deployed along key cross-sections of the entire subway line (tunnels, bridges, roadbeds, tracks). It includes sensing sensors, an intelligent data unit, client service platform, and a cloud server and fits areas in urban rail transit with frequent track defects, noise complaints, and structural weaknesses. Using the working principle of "cross-sectional data acquisition and analysis, network-based transmission, and cloud storage," the system collects and quickly analyzes data on vibration, noise, displacement, strain, and temperature of track structures in real time. The calculated indicators are uploaded to the cloud server via remote communication, providing real-time display of track structure and vehicle condition data within the monitored cross-sectional area.
