Track Remote Condition Monitoring & Reliability-Centered Maintenance System(T-RCM²)
Release date:
2025-08-25

The T-RCM² system is built on a cloud-native architecture, leveraging advanced technologies such as cloud computing, the Internet of Things (IoT), and edge computing. It integrates Track Sound Signature online monitoring at both cross-section, line and on-board levels, and an intelligent track operation and maintenance (O&M) management platform, forming a unified digital solution for railway engineering applications. This integrated architecture provides real-time, network-wide situational awareness of infrastructure and equipment conditions across both corridor and network scales. By applying multi-source data fusion, predictive analytics, and AI-driven diagnostics, the system enables early detection, early warning, and proactive maintenance of potential faults or structural anomalies. As a result, it significantly enhances the digitalization, standardization, and intelligence of railway asset management and maintenance operations.
